Easy to use

Was very happy with it at first. After 4 to 6 weeks, it was shaking and making a very loud noise. It even shook things off the top of it. Called where we bought it and they came out and tightened something or loosened something. It was quieter for about a week and then got very loud again. The end of cycle tone is very low. I can't hear it if in the next room and TV on. The light doesn't stay on to remind me that I have laundry in machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall, I like this washer. I do wish the spin cycle was smoother. I also wish it had a light in the drum.

Love This Washer!

Needed a new washer and chose the GE. Best decision I could have made. We have a large family and laundry is big here. The features and options make laundry days easier.

Great washer but..

I absolutely love this washer. However the front door cracked about 1 month after we got it and now the rubber gasket is ripping apart. We are a family of 5, we do get our use out of it but I’m concerned with the issues 8 month after purchase and use.
