Loving this Fabulous Washer

I bought this washer to replace another washer that we had for almost 20 years. I have been so impressed with this new one that I wish we would have replaced it 5 years ago when we moved into our new home. It is efficient , quiet, and does a wonderful job on each and every load.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had to wait three months for delivery due to availability and the washer was great when delivered

No light in drum & seems to be sensitive about load balance. Have had to rinse and spin several loads that didn’t spin out water.

We had a small space when we moved so I needed to replace my previous washer and dryer.
I bought this set based on your reputation. I also liked the made in America option!
We are in an old building loft so perhaps the vibrating is due to that.
The machine cleans the clothes but the display doesn’t show what cycle it is on. Also it is very noisy!

I bought this front load washer and I am very disappointed! About every third load it vibrates totally out of control! You can hear it anywhere in the house, and talking loud! I need to get service here to look at it, but we all work and don’t get home till 6;00 pm

Great machine when it works but there have been several times that the machine does not drain all the way so clothes are too wet to put in the dryer and there isn't a way (that I know of at least) to just have it spin to get the rest of the water out.
