I bought the washer to replace old model and they are really too big. The basic measurements fit but you can’t change door swing making it difficult to use

Have had this machine since 9/26. Love the size but find the time cycles seem crazy. It seems to take forever to fill with water and at the end of cycle it reads 1 minute left but that seems to take at least 10-15 minutes before it signals END. I plan to call GE to ask if this is normal.

Love this machine!! Does a fine job of cleaning -- so many settings and cycles and even a bulk items one for larger items and uses more water (which is a tough find today).

Very good washer!

I bought this washer about 2 months ago after my 12 year old top loader burned out the motor. I was concerned about changing to a front loader because of all of the electronics and issues i have heard other people complain about with their front loaders developing a foul odor from mold forming in theirs. When i asked my cousin who is a reputable appliance repairman what he recommended, he suggested the GE front loader washers due to less frequency of repairs compared to other brands. He also advised me to keep the door open after washing clothes so it can fully dry out and prevent the moldy odor from forming. Although the washing cycle takes a bit longer than my old top loader did, it washes the clothes so much better and they come out nearly dry! I am very satisfied with my choice of this washer and the matching gas dryer!

Outstanding Appliance

I bought this washer in September and am soooooo happy with it. It is the first front load washer I have owned and I am very impressed. It seems to do a great job of getting my clothes clean. I love all of the wash options. It spins the clothes so dry that they do not need long to dry in the drier. I just love it.
