Great Product

We have only had this washer for a few days. I find it really easy to use and it does get our clothes clean. The only bad thing I need to say about this product is how much it vibrates during a spin cycle. The washer is so powerful, that it does vibrate our whole house when it spins. Per the guidelines, as long as it does not move more than a 1/4 inch, then we are fine. Still, it sounds like an airplane is taking off in our laundry room.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Two washers in two months. Junk

We bought our first machine in August 2017. Started making loud noises in Sept. 2017. Store replaced machine, and two weeks later new machine started acting the same way. We are now waiting for store to bring us a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Forever Rebalancing

Should have researched this one before buying. A 30 min wash may take hours waiting for this machine to spin it's roulette wheel and the clothes fall just right. Would have never purchased had I known.

Excellent spin cycles

I bought this 3 weeks ago and think it's already smarter than my last washer.
My dryer gets along with it and enjoys the clean clothes that are put in it. Door swings in the opposite direction, so loading is painful when transferring to the dryer. Optional choice would be nice, but life isn't always about choices.

Got this through my home warranty plan as a replacement. Only a week of use. It seems to be a good washer with useful cycles and features. Handles large wash loads well.
