Nothing but a huge disappointment

We purchased our washer and dryer not even a year and a half ago, upgrading from a smaller machine due to a growing family. We were excited, but have been nothing but disappointed. It has destroyed countless items when it wasn’t even completely full. We will never be buying a GE appliance again.

BEWARE!!!! Broken after 20 months

Washer fell apart after 20 months. Broken inner tub support and outer rear half tub with seal...........wh45x22914 and wh45x23480. Parts are more than the machine was new. Unbelievable how poor quality they produce.

This washing machine is AWFUL

This product is GARBAGE. Do not buy. Problems since day one. Even repairmen have tossed their hands in the air. In the grand scheme of life, this is nothing more than a boat anchor. I would like to take it to the desert and shoot it, but not even the buzzards would carry away this rotting flesh.
It’s pretty, but just like the best looking models, it is crazy.

outer drum broke in 2 years

The outer drum broke in 2 years. GE fixed it for Free. But the outer drum broke again in a year. Do not buy. Waste of money.

Horrible! Stay Away from GE Products

Bought Washer/Dryer Set in late 2017 the washer gave me problems since day one, very loud, it would shake, it wouldn’t drain properly, I had to call technician multiple times. Today technician came and said it was pointless to fix because the parts are more expensive than what the washer is worth. Very low quality products I would definitely avoid buying anything GE.

Awful product

Very bad product. Spin cycle was brutal. Got loud, then finally broke completely. 4 years old and replacing the washer. Repair would cost more than a new one. Never again a GE.
