Love my washer

I purchased this washer to replace an older front loader. It is much larger than my old washer, allowing me to do fewer loads of laundry. The wash cycles are also much longer, but I can choose a time saver feature on most of them if I want to. The washer spins the clothes so dry that they are finished in the dryer in no time. So far I am very pleased with my washer. I also purchased a pedestal, so less bending to get things in and out of the washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My washer

I bought my washer just over a month ago and I have been happy with it.
I have been having some problem adjusting to it though. I was using a front loader before this one however, I think I am over using detergent. I started with the same
amounts at first and have found that, that much seems to be too much so I have been cutting back on my amounts. My problem was complicated by the fact that the detergent I had been using turned out to not be HE even though I thought it was.
I do believe however that it should use a bit more water because during wash the clothes don't seem to be wet, without more studying, I can't be sure. I think you need to give more information on how to determine the proper amounts of detergent.

Clothes have never been cleaner

We replaced out old washer and dryer of 14 years with a new GE washer dryer. was hesitant about going to a front loader but what a difference it makes. It uses less water, but somehow the clothes just come out cleaner. Lots of great features and easy to use display. No complaints after one month.

Had to purchase a new washer and wanted the best value. This was definitely a good buy. Only downside is the noise when spinning which is fine with me so long as the clothes are clean...very happy with purchase.

Reviewing my GE wash machine

Just had this wash machine installed today. Love everything about it. It has every option I could ask for. It is quiet when running and leaves my clothes perfectly clean. I love the choices of features especially the steam feature. I really like the option that I can stop the cycle and add an additional article to wash. The instructions are easy to understand. The filter is easy to clean. I intend to run the bleach cleaning cycle every month to keep this washer working for many years to come.

New Washer, Washes Clothes, Makes Loud Noises

Our old machine was old, and in the house when we moved it. The baring that held the drum in place was loose and about to break. This cause it to shake the entire machine and beat the sides. Our new machine, despite being brand new makes essentially the same noise when our spin cycle is on high. The noise is reduced when the speed is reduced to medium, but not much. So either the delivery guys ruined the unit on installation, or this thing was designed to be loud, despite its otherwise sleek and modern features and looks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
