We have had this dishwasher for 2 years. It has always done a poor job of cleaning as stated in many other reviews.
The product is unreliable. We've had several error code 01s on this machine. It requires leaving the machine unplugged for about 24 hours to reset the code. Then it will work for a few months until the same error code appears.
The only good thing I can say about it is it is quiet, and it is even more quiet when it won't turn on.

Doesnt Clean

We purchased our home brand new complete with Electrolux appliances....problems with fridge and now the dishwasher. Top shelf does not clean. The appliance is now 3 yrs old (Oct) and we only extended the warranty for the 2nd year. Going to call for service on dishwasher and fridge. Expect a dishwasher of this price to last at least 5 years! We are two adults only so can't blame it on the kids!

Horrible Product

You need to wash all dishes before putting them into this dishwasher if you want them to come out clean. It is basically a sanitizer. I have had to replace the control module twice and the latch once. I will never buy another Electrolux product.

Not cleaning dishes

I really wanted to love this dishwasher. It holds large sizes of dishes, pots, pans, large cutting boards and baking sheets. But other than holding a large amount of dishes, we have not had a perfectly clean load yet. We had the dishwasher installed in November and we're still struggling with lack of cleaning for the past 3 months. We've had 8 service calls so far and have even had to replace water hoses to help improve the water flow. We are now waiting for replacement spray arms in yet another attempt to help improve the cleaning outcome. The top rack repeatedly leaves greasy/food debris. The bottom rack will bake on the food. The "best" cleaning came from thoroughly pre-washing my dishes before loading and leaving plenty of room between items (not fully loading dishwasher). Despite all of that, this dishwasher still does not clean as well as our previous Amana dishwasher, which was 13 years old. The salesman who sold us this machine proudly told us that this dishwasher was top of the line and could clean dishes with obvious food still on them and no pre-washing or rinsing was necessary. I am so disappointed. I certainly had my hopes up and expected more from a top brand like Electrolux.

"Is that really on?"

Owned the dishwasher for 3 years now...best investment for the kitchen! We have an open kitchen with high ceilings so noises tend to echo. The Electrolux dishwasher barely makes a sound. We often run it at night when everyone is asleep and I have to sometimes check on it to see if it's really on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product

We just remodeled our kitchen and now have a "built-in" dishwasher for the first time ever. We did have a
portable dishwasher but it was very inconvenient and noisy.
Our new dishwasher is so quiet it is hard to know it is even running. Thanks to the "blue light" though, we can tell when it is finished.

UPPER RACK CLEANING

VERY FLIMSY UPPER ARM THAT HITS THE SUPPORT AS IT ROTATES AND DOES NOT CLEAN ANTHING ON THE UPPER RACK...VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY OF THIS UNIT!!!

Great dishwasher

This machine is very quiet and does a great job washing. The adjustable racks offer great flexibility for various size pots and pans. We do have a water softener which may help performance somewhat.
I would recommend this to a friend!
