It took one service call to figure out that we had pushed too many buttons on the control panel and confused the computer so that it did not function properly. But since we figured out the technology we have been very pleased with our Electrolux dish washer. It is extremely quiet and the dishes and silverware come out with a remarkably clean look and feel. We are also pleased with the design of the interior, which accommodates items of all shapes and sizes and allows us to always run it only when fully loaded.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet as a Mouse dishwasher

The first time my Electolux dishwasher ran, I thought it was broken. It is so quiet that it is almost impossible to hear. This is fantastic when considering a lot of houses are built in an open concept. It has a sleek design that can go in any type house.
The controls are hidden if you have children that like to push buttons. The dishes come out spotless. It has several settings to choose from. I especially like the delay button.
Would I purchase this product again? Yes! It is well worth it!

Disappointed with Built in dishwasher

We have several other Electrolux products , which we are very happy with. Unfortunately we are having some issues with the cleaning power of this particular model of dishwasher. We have tried all of the recommendations such as changing our cleaning solution, we increased the temperature of our hot water in the house, and we run the hot water before starting the dishwasher. Unforttunately we are still experiencing some cleaning issues. So unfortunately I would not be able to recommend this product to others.

This dishwasher is by far the best one I have ever had. It is so sleek and good looking (actually almost to a fault because I can't see the controls very well when it's running) - and CRAZY quiet (again - can't tell when it's running).

Very poor performer

This is by far the most expensive dishwasher I've ever purchased and very likely the least effective. It simply does not wash the dishes. For one thing, there doesn't appear to be any significant water pressure. It apparently doesn't drain very well either, because it often has a bad odor. It packs very well, but the water connection for the upper tray only works in one position: it the other positions the tubing consistently pulls away from the tray, and then it won't connect to the water supply. Based on this experience and and a totally unproductive experience with another Electrolux product, I do not ever intend to buy any other Electrolux products.

Love my Electolux Dishwasher

This was installed in my new home one year ago. I have no complaints. Very quiet, cleans well and I find it easy to load. It was installed on a raised platform which has been great. One minor repair of a loose seal, readily handled under warranty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worse Dishwasher We've Ever Had

Bought this model brand new at Lowe's and it worked good for about three years. Then the control panel went out and it was replaced three times along with the pump and both washing fans. We had the extended warranty on this and finally Electrolux replaced the unit. The new unit didn't work as soon as it was connected. It took another 45 days before this was fixed. The dishwasher still doesn't work well. Anything on the top shelf will not get cleaned and can't seem to get fixed. I strongly recommend not buying this unit.

Loved dishwasher for first 6 months, then it started not drying dishes completely. Finally, two days after one year warranty expired, the unit stopped working. After three visits from the repairman and $350 dollars later, we replaced the control panel. Works fine again. But, not without lots of disappointment and cost.
