Charger was faulty out of box.

Bought this charger to replace the original one that came with my Samsung Galaxy s5. I removed the new charger from the box and plugged it into the wall. I then plugged the mini sub cable that came with the new charger into my phone and then into the charger. My phone then started to ding with intermittent charging notifications. I unplugged it and used my old charger. Tried the new Belkin charger the next day and it wouldn't even charg or register a charging current on my phone. I then tried the charger on different outlets and other electronics that used usb charging and the Belkin charger wouldn't work with anything. The cable that came with the charger does work in other chargers though...

Excellent Product

I currently own 4 of these chargers and the car charger equivalent. I swear by these chargers. They're portable, small and sleek. They charge faster than chargers provided by your phone manufacturer making them perfect when you need a quick charge on the go. Look forward to more business with Belkin in the near future.

Good charger, if it lasted...

I have been through so many phone chargers, I thought I'd buy a Belkin to see if the quality was any better. It worked great for about a year, charges at 2A as advertised. Unfortunately, that failed a couple weeks ago. I'm trying to get it replaced, but Belkin wants the original receipt, which I didn't keep for an inexpensive item like this. All I have is the credit card billing statement.
Not very happy with the quality or customer service so far...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
