This fan the profile III replaced a hunter fan I had for 33 years. I figured after 33 years the fans have changed. Probably not as good as they were 33 years ago So I searched for a quite motor and a good Wind flow. I read up on this one so I decided to purchased it. Had it installed and I must say, they are as good as they were 33 years ago. Very quite motor ,because I have it in the master bedroom. And the wind flow is great! Hunter you didn’t disappoint me at all.

I was replacing an existing Hunter Fan so installation was quite simple. The Only Reason for not giving this review 5 stars is the Blade balancing nonsense I had to do - which took me about 2 hours to get it half right. I mean seriously...how long has Hunter been building fans? IMO they should come wighted and balanced from the factory. Other than that this is a fine Fan that does exactly what I need it to do.

Fan parts, as received in box, did not correspond to the assembly / installation instructions. We used a workaround to complete the installation and contacted Hunter but the person who responded did not seem to understand our question about the security of the installation (we were not able to put in all screws). This was frustrating and I gave up trying to communicate with Hunter. Fan is working so we'll assume it's ok, though obviously not perfectly installed.
