Works as it should.

I purchased this due to the specific Sony hot shoe requirement. I use the A7r2 and the Sony FM60 flash. Distance/reception is good. I've tried it all the way to the limits with satisfaction.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This works really well with my Sony a7ii. I have this plus two HVL-F45 flashes and with the help from the manual, I was able to easily set it up to trigger the other two flashes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This device is not compatible with all cameras

I bought this item a few months back but I returned it because it was not compatible with the a99 a77 and A7 cameras. I was looking for a TTL and high speed sync option for my cameras.
What's quite astounding here is that I have a bunch of older Sony flashes that are compatible with the receiver but the transmitter is not compatible with the older cameras which doesn't make any sense considering some of the cameras I have used the new multi-interface hot shoe which I don't know who designed this product not to be compatible with all Sony cameras it just doesn't make sense.
