So disappointed

I did a ton of research before purchasing this range.I was so excited when I finally had it installed and ready to use. That is where my nightmare begins. I find it extremely difficult to operate. The oven temperatures are way off. Sometimes the burners heat quickly and sometimes they take forever. The ovens bake unevenly. Sometimes the food burns and sometimes I have to cook things longer. It varies every day. I calibrated the ovens according to the instruction book and still have problems. In 55 yrs I have NEVER had to calibrate an oven. The large oven is extremely noisy. I paid a ton of money for this range and the only thing I like about it is the way it looks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. I love the stove top, especially the large 16 inch burner. Food in my largest skillet cooks quickly and evenly. The only downside is that there is a mark on the large burner from the first use that I cannot remove.
I really like the controls being over the stove instead of in the front where you can accidentally bump and turn on.
The double oven is spacious. It is wonderful to be able to bake at 2 different temperatures at the same time.
To use the controls, I suggest reading the manual first. It prompts you through the steps. But reading the directions first wals helpful for me.
I haven't used the convection oven much. But I like that the lights come on when you open either oven door and kick off when you close it. It keeps me from leaving the light on. It does have an on/off switch so you can look with the door closed too.
I really like the controls being over the stove instead of in the front where you can accidentally bump and turn on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have baked in the top oven four times and every time the baked goods have burned bottoms.I have since baked in the bottom oven and have had no problems.I'm very disappointed in this oven and would not recommend it to anybody.As much as I cook and bake? I really thought I would use the heck out of both ovens.I'm VERY disappointed in this ovenVERY DISAPPOINTED!!I'm sorry that I purchased this oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a great stove, love the double ovens. The controls are easy to figure out and use. I only have three complaints: 1- the ovens don't have a temp probe I really miss not having one. 2- this oven has a temp swing of around 60 degrees. If you set it for 350 degrees it heats up to that temp and then cools off to 290 before it heats up again, this is way to much. Most of the time the oven is way below the set temp. 3- the black cook top and the stainless front are impossible to keep clean of fingerprints and smudges.

Great oven just need to be careful around the kids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven is great and I have no complaints around it’s ability to bake and cook. The stove top is amazing with ability to adjust the burners to the size of the pan.
The one reason I gave this a 4 is the access to the bottom oven. You have to bend down quite a bit to put stuff in or pull stuff out. It can also be a hazard for kids or pets.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this stove/oven combo for a few weeks. It was not hard at all to put together and install. I like the sleek look of it and it's awesome to also have a convection oven option! (Food Network fan here!) Everything cooks evenly and I am absolutely enjoying the prompts the oven asks when I am setting it to cook because its usually spot on. My only issue with it so far is that the glass top does not extend to the metal edge of the top so there is a relatively large dip between the glass and the sides. It is difficult to clean because crumbs, egg white drips and such always seem to fall into the crevice when it's used. I wish that was designed differently.

Ovens (both) do NOT stay true to temperature. Impossible to bake when you set for 350 and the digital thermometer I purchased says the actual temp is 30-50 degrees lower. Nothing comes out cooked correctly. The stove top large burners take over 20 minutes to boil water. All-around failure as a product ... do not buy!

Love the new White Ice color pattern!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having had a double oven before, there was no question that I wanted one again after we moved. Then the question became which brand, and which color. When I saw the White Ice color offering, the decision was done. The silver and gray accents mimic some of the look of a stainless, but without losing the bright clean look of white--it's really the BEST of both color choices! The stovetop heats up very quickly, and is hotter than we are used to, but once we adjusted to it we just love it!
