Love my double oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my double oven. We do most of our cooking in the smaller upper oven which heats up fast and creates less heat in the kitchen(important in the summer). Having a hidden baking element (bottom of the stove) is new technology for me and I love it! No more dreading my husband baking his homemade pizza with grease and cheese dripping all over the bottom heating element. Having a smooth oven floor is so easy to wipe clean!

Oven is junk - Whirlpool is crooked STAY AWAY !!!

Did not work from the first use. Website says 15 days return, tried to return but Whirlpool makes it impossible and then says that their fine print says as soon as you plug it in, there is no return. Take a look at their corporate location on Google Maps and then look at the associated Google reviews, and it is ALL bad. (Google won't let them take down reviews there)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Owner's manual not provided with oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lower oven temperature sensor was not properly calibrated from factory. Found out by long time to cook first dish in oven that lead to purchase of oven thermometer. Had to adjust/increase temperature 25 degrees. Sad that factory quality control didn't check before sending out for sale.
