Unfortunate Design and Coding

We purchased this oven a year ago and were soon disappointed. Now, after a year, we are even more so. The self cleaning cycles don't work according to the prompts, the manual (which is different) or the "Use and Care Guide" which is different yet. Tech support is available when convenient to the manufacturer not the user. The paint at the front of the glass cooking top is thin and soon looks tattered. The door fronts and control panel wrap are stainless but the accounting department designed the top. The screws are already falling out of the doors
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the double oven. As a single household I am not cooking large meals so this perfect. Only flaw - no instructions for the dashboard. Laughingly it took three adults a couple of hours to find he little clock on the numeric keypad.

Two ovens are so helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having two ovens. But as the good cooks, it’s difficult to see the food through the doors. Also, it’s difficult to bend low enough when getting food in/out of bottom oven.

Love double oven feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the stove for about 6 weeks and am very pleased with the appliance. With four adults in the house the smaller oven is our go to. Quick heat up. Easy and fast to clean. Large oven accommodated turkey roaster. Having two oven when hosting a large family Xmas dinner was just the thing to prepare various dishes at different temperatures at the same time. Love my new stove.
