Love at first sight (and use)!

Bad start, but hopefully will work better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly bottom oven didn’t work well and we learned it while trying to make thanksgiving dinner. Pinched wire, had service come out and will be fixed, was a manufacturing issue. Top oven worked well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lower oven temperature sensor was not properly calibrated from factory. Found out by long time to cook first dish in oven that lead to purchase of oven thermometer. Had to adjust/increase temperature 25 degrees. Sad that factory quality control didn't check before sending out for sale.

Stove top burners are very weak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove top burners seem to be really weak for some reason. We purchased this to replace our old and worn out Samsung unit that was the same glass top design and it's burners would get way hotter way faster. It takes forever to boil water on this one or to get up to temp. Rather disappointing after spending so much money on a new range.
We do love the true dual ovens which is great but for some reason you cannot activate the locks on the doors. So when you kit the keypad lock the doors can still be opened by our two year old which sucks. The only way it locks the doors is if you use the self cleaning option.
