Could use some improvements

I have had this oven for a year. While it is aesthetically pleasing, there are issues that annoy me. My control panel begin to crack and when I googled it says this is a common problem from steam. Also I have never been able to set the clock. I may not be brand loyal tt Whirlpool the next time I need appliances.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
