Terrible product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is not working correctly. Had a technician out and now waiting on parts. Bottom oven doesn’t heat correctly and begins to lose heat while I am baking. I hate the oven and wish I could get a new one not just “repairs” oven is new it should work correctly from day one. FYI
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great upgrade

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not impressed with this unit. How can you have two ovens and only one timer. Not sure who decided this but they obviously have never used a double oven. There are a few other items Im not happy with. I do like the stovetop.

A Range that Performs Well. Instructions not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally I really like this range. I have been using it regularly for two weeks and so far it has performed just as promised. It is lovely to have the elements in the bottom hidden, and certainly prevents baked goods from burning on the bottom so readily. It is some years since I had a convection oven, and it will take a little longer to adjust recipes, but the baking has been very even. The controls are generally easy to use, once you have become familiar with how they work. I put the instructions up inside the doors of a wall cabinet so that I can crib from them if necessary. BUT I find that the stress on single rack baking and double rack baking a bit mysterious and it would be good to know what will happen if one accidentally gets it wrong! Will the required temperature not be reached or will all the fuses blow? Also the instructions for "cooking in two ovens" tells one to press any number on the key pad and follow the instructions to select the oven. I have tried doing this and it tells me to press "start" (which oven so I press the start for?)when I do this I get three beeps and instructions to press start again then it shows the bottom oven at 170F (it was really at 350F before I began to mess with it. I just wanted to use the top oven at a different temperature)! Is there a "help" line for this sort of problem? It would be really nice if you could just select the second oven directly with out all this messing about!
