Love the features. Not the racks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waited for about 18 months for this dual range- in WHITE. None in stores period. Now we have it and see how cheap areas such as oven racks are. Very flimsy. Both ovens. Bow when you put a ham or turkey on them. Also has two colors vs white only. Not sure why. Only one timer.
