Good product but very hard to remove spells

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago, good two ovens but very hard to remove spells with best product in the market and that is in comparison with the replaced kitchen aid we had. Was asked when I bought and indicated that my old stove was hard wired and as part of price installation and takeaway old, they delivered the stove refused to install because of hard wire refused to install outlet and left me stranded, I had to hire an electrician to install (very bad experience)
