Toxic Smell

Used the cooktop, fine. First time we tried the oven, smoke started coming out of the side along with a horrible, toxic smell! Instructions say "Odors and smoke are normal when the oven is used the first few times..." They also say in the paragraph over, "Important: Exposure to the fumes may result in death to certain birds!!!!!!!" We shut it off immediately and our house still reeks 3 hours later after fans running with windows open. Do not buy this range, especially if you have breathing issues, which we do! Can't believe any company would put out a product with that type of issue or warning. Got it out of the house, returning it immediately and contacting the manufacturer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the double oven!

What an upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is amazing! I love the burners with all the different heat levels. It’s almost like having a gas range. The top smaller oven heats up so fast and does a great job. We’ve had trouble using the timer but at 89 yrs old I should be forgiven for having to read the manual again. Love ❤️ this range! Shame on us for trying to live with the broken range that came with the new house. Sorry, no pictures. We just fixed dinner-using back burner to steam veggies, top oven for scalloped potatoes, and an Air Fryer to cook fish.

Excellent stove

Great except the Ceran cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the dual ovens, heat up quickly, cook faster than old Whirlpool. Reaching lower rack in bottom oven can sometimes be tricky. The Ceran cooktop does not clean up any where near as well as the 20 year old Whirlpool this replaced.
