High maintenance stove top / oven doesn't align

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove top etches and scratches with everything you place on it, regardless of how soft it is. When the hood light is on, it looks awful and it is brand new. The top oven door latch doesn't alight, so it has already chipped the inside of the door. Waiting for service, who knows what will happen next.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not too happy with Upper oven rack placement. Very difficult to pull out rack without touching oven door and sometimes getting burned.
If using upper rack can't see "what's cooking" without opening oven door.
Ceramic stove top is too hard to keep clean.

When you first look at it, you may guy get overwhelmed by all the buttons but it’s very self explanatory once you take a minute. 100% recommend
