Best electric stove ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this double range for Christmas but it seems to pre heat on the slow side. I selected the rapid pre heat but still seems to be on slow side. I will read booklet again to see if I missed a step.

Great features but ....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven smokes a lot and hard to keep clean on the bottom oven. In addition its hard to keep the top of the range clean and it takes using certain chemicals to do it. Even using strong chemicals it does not come clean. What is needed to do this ???

I love my double oven!
