[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the electric double range to replace an older similar model, the "Maytag Gemini" . I thought this stove would be an excellent choice for me as I have been happy with other Whirlpool appliances. This model was a bit of a let down. The array of setting functions are not so simple. To preheat, you just can't simply hit bake, set temp and start... you have to choose fast preheat or regular preheat options with a digital scroll to help aid you through the process. Actually too many digital messages to supposedly aid the user into navigating the too many "functions". Very confusing. Also the oven racks are much flimsier than in my old stove and the spacing between the wires is about 1/2 an inch, the older racks were made of a thicker gauge wire and were quite a bit sturdier. With my old stove I was able to fit two cookie sheets in the top oven side by side. Because of the poor design I can no longer do this. If I try the pans hit the glass oven door and won't lay flat. :( The lower oven takes a longtime to preheat up to the cooking temp and in my old stove the bottom oven had two heating elements, one on the top and one on the bottom. The bottom oven on this stove only has one heating element on the top of the oven and a fan has to kick on periodically throughout the baking process to keep the heat circulating. The lowest settings on the top of the range are still very hot and you simply cannot get a low simmer for rice or chili on these burners. However the one good thing I can say about the oven is that it has a "melt" option on the rear left burner. Too bad this burner is so small (only 6.5" in diameter) as I use it for rice, chili, soup etc. My recommendations for Whirpool.. Simplify the settings, quit with all the digital stuff. It's not a reading class. Get the electric burners to adjust lower so one can actually simmer things on them. Bring back the older sturdier racks, and design the top oven so two cookie sheets can lay flat beside each other. Bring back the two heating elements on the bottom oven and get rid of the fan. Progress? I think not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying out my new stove and find most features easy to use. The only thing I am going to miss on this is my old stove had a feature to go from a timed cook to auto warm. If there is a way to do this I cannot find it. I would have given 5 stars if it did . Everything else is great, performs as expected, and Cooks very even

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great double oven. It took longer for the “new oven” smell to go away than I’d like but other than that - perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this oven. It has a frozen bake feature that comes in handy when a quick meal is needed. When you need a small space to bake in, the upper oven is perfect. If you need a larger space the bottom oven is great. The cook top has multiple sizes which is handy for different size pans and a warming feature that I use every day. We are very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this oven about a month. So far I'm happy with the oven as well as the stovetop. The worst feature is the timer. It has only one small ding when the timer ends. Then one again after 1 minute. There is no way to adjust this feature to make it louder or sound more often. Also, my old double oven had 2 timers so I could run one for each oven. This oven only has 1 timer.
