Great for a large family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new oven! The double oven feature is so helpful when cooking for our family of 7! It's so nice to be able to have different things cooking at different temperatures and has really cut our prep time in half!

More features than what I need or ever use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace our 25+yrs old perfectly working Tappan smoothtop stove, one of the early smoothtop. My wife want all matching stainless steel appliances!
I do 90%of my cooking stir fry and using mainly one burner. 3 of the 4 burners on my old stove were almost never use.
This new stove has 2 big burners that I can use them alternately. So it should last me more than 50yrs!
Baked a pizza in the upper oven once and it turn out pretty good. Have not try the convection yet.
Made fry rice for the family last evening. Using the front left burner. The heat was so intense I thought I was going to get sunburn.
I like it very much so far and look good too.
One negative comment would be the seal around the glass top. It might be the first thing that will need fix or replace. Time will tell.

Love the double oven and triple burner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove to replace a 17 year old Maytag that still worked but was time to change appliance colors. So I needed to have a double oven since I loved my old one. I chose Whirlpool versus Maytag this time due to price and the fact the there are 2 larger burners in the front and the options to choose sizes of these burners. I am very happy with the burners and have only used the smaller oven so far. The one complaint so far is that the cooktop is hard to get clean without any smears or spots. I clean every time after cooking with a cooktop spray, but it is still not as clean as I would like. It seems like after all these years of ceramic cooktops, there would be an answer to this problem. I did see other reviewers talking about this, but when I was looking at stoves, there seems to only be solid black cooktops. I was used to the speckled look which easily hid small scratches and spots. I also miss the double timer I had on my old stove, but that's not a deal breaker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The double oven!!!

Love the double oven

We have had this oven for about two weeks now and I Love the double oven. My 14 year old Loves the convenience of the top smaller oven for his pizzas. Love the 5 burners and especially the large burner which is perfect for my large cast iron pan. Only issue I have is there is no place for the power cord to go so its pushed up between the wall and oven. Not sure if that is safe but haven't found any information on that as being an issue....We did have to move the plug that was in our floor because is didn't allow the stove to push
back all the way to the wall which is why the 4 stars.
