For the price point so far this is a great product with a lot of settings and cleans clothes well. Also appears sturdy.

Needs electric cord, not included

I bring the dryer home, find a friend to help me haul it up 3 flights of stairs and help me bring down my old dryer. When I’m ready to connect it, it doesn’t have an electric cable. I need to buy it and then connect it. It should be supplied or at least clearly warned that you need to buy one. Now I’ll have to wait until Monday to get the cable, connect the dryer and hopefully dry my clothes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Most electric dryer power cords are sold separately to ensure that they comply with all state and local wiring codes. These codes can vary significantly from state to state, and even, city to city. Since it is not possible to anticipate the final destination of a dryer as it leaves the assembly line and install the proper cord, the local dealer usually provides the power cord. The cord type will vary according to the home's wiring (ex. 3-wire connection vs 4-wire connection).

Like most appliances there just not made to last anymore. On the positive side Only have had to have this serviced twice in 7 years.
