It's ok

I purchased this dryer in December. It matched the washer. Once installed and put in use I noticed that it is very noisy. The installer said that it has gliders and it will eventually become quieter...it hasn't yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There is a normal squeak when the unit is started and that is considered normal; the sound will go away after the first few seconds of operation and the sounds of the drum turning are normal. However, you shouldn't hear a really loud sound. Bigger than expected, but minor mismatch of parts

I've just installed the dryer. The drum is much bigger than expected. Only issue is minor mismatch of holes in sheet metal parts to each other. This made changing the door hinge to the other side harder than it needed to be.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I wanted just a plain dryer no bells or whistles

I installed this dryer 1/18/2021 very easy install, Works great no issues. It doesn't seam to get real hot which is great. moves a lot of air out through the 8' of 4 " vent. Also nice and quiet
