The three buzzers indicating the dryer is almost done you are very annoying. Whoever designed this feature does not have pets, particularly cats who's litter box is in the laundry room.
EXTREMELY different than my last drier - last drier, things actually came out of the drier warm if not hot. This one - NOPE - also take a LOT longer than the old machine so forget about using the times drying or you'll be wasting about 90 minutes per load trying to dry the contents. Find works best at 'optimum dry' cotton. Anything else gives you damp clothing. And the ALARM - OMG - IT WAKES THE NEIGHBORS. That needs to have the option of either turning off or lowering volume dramatically.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using my new pair of Hotpoint washer and dryer now for about a month. Again there's not a lot of whistles and bells which is what I chose at the purchase point. I've only dried about three or four loads of laundry so still learning about all the settings. It doesn't seem to run as hot as my old gas dryer. And the timer buzzer is way too super loud for me! But happily if gets the job done!
