Bought this dryer last week and so far I am very happy with it. It dries the clothes fast and alerts you when they are done.

Bad luck

Have had this for a couple weeks. Washer sounds terrible like there is a mechanical issue. Start button stopped working already. Have to jiggle it a bunch to work. For 3 weeks old this is not acceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can schedule service online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm or by calling 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET or Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
