Work ok

The buzzer to let you know when almost done is loud and annoying. I had to youtube how to disconnect it. There should be a manual override switch. Also it is too light. Every time you close the door the whole dryer moves.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t buy

Not happy. After 2 weeks machine not heating. Still waiting for repair. 3 week wait. I thought I bought a new machine, was told can’t return and it’s up to repair person to determine if I need replacement ! Ridiculous !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, we can definitely understand how unexpected noisiness could be a nuisance. For any frustration this has caused you, we sincerely apologize.
Some noise is expected and considered normal, but we do have a couple of troubleshooting steps that may reduce the noise for you. Please make sure that the unit is on even flooring, and that it is completely level. The leveling legs may need to be adjusted by rotating them up or down. Works as expected. I only wish the buzzer could be disabled. It was one of the few dryers with less than a 27" depth -- that was available.
