Door panel so cheap, hard to open and close

Cheap quality, I had owned Hotpoint before, the old unit much better than the one I got, this factory this quality control. Thanks

If necessary, our Service Department is also available at 1-800-432-2737; a technician would be glad to examine the dryer to determine if there is any issue with the door.

Not reliable

Less than two months old and already broken. The drum won’t turn. Called for service and GE scheduled an appointment for a week later. The company called the day ahead and said, too busy and rescheduled for 1 week later. Service showed and doesn’t have parts needed to repair. Will call me when available. Days later, no call to reschedule. I am sad
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Dryer I ever had

I parents got me this dryer last week and they installed it 3 days ago and it dries my clothes in under an hour. It was perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this 27”wide dryer because my previous 29”wide one was a little tight in my basement enclosure. This dryer so far runs powerful enough and has fulfilled my needs.
