Doesn't dry fully on first cycle. Lint trap is poorly designed.

Hello. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know of your concern – we truly hate to hear you’ve had an issue with the drying performance and a concern with the lint trap. We know issues like that may be inconvenient.
For the issue with clothes not getting fully dry with one cycle, you may want to check that nothing is obstructing the ducting, and check the circuit breaker or fuse to ensure power is reaching the dryer. We have additional troubleshooting tips for a drying issue in the manual. We purchased this for our vacation home. It is basic but good. It will accommodate large loads and settings allow for the less dry setting that I use often. I wish there was a way to turn down/off the buzzer that alerts you when your clothing is dry! It alarmed me the first time I heard it as I thought something had gone wrong.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this beginning of November, used it twice. Motor burned out. Waiting here December 8 for a new motor. I rate it very bad
