I bought this dryer in August and it still won’t heat up

Hi there - Thank you for this information. We are so sorry that your dryer isn't heating. This would be quite discouraging and we can understand your frustration.
It's possible that the fuse is blown or the circuit breaker is tripped; so the dryer is tumbling, but not heating. In this case, check the building’s fuse/circuit breaker box and either replace both fuses or reset both breakers. (Your dryer may tumble if only one fuse is blown or one breaker tripped and please note that some electric dryers use 2 fuses/breakers, so make sure both are operating.)

No directions or support for propane conversion

I was told “professionals are supposed to know how to do the conversion to LP” when I asked for instructions. My plumber had not converted this dryer model previously so he wanted a guide for taking it apart. Nothing is available. FYI- take off the top and front and you are ready to work on the burner.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased this dryer about 2 months ago and use it regularly....love that it gives you more than one buzz before it shuts off! We also purchased the matching washing machine and have no issues with it....they look awesome!
