Takes forever to dry towels. Over a hour or more to dry 3 towels .

After more than 20 years of dependable service, our old dryer finally got so noisy from its drum rollers being worn out, and the fact that replacement parts for it were no longer available, we got a new one 2 months ago. What a relief. We had forgotten how quiet a dryer should be. This one reminded us of that.

I bought this dryer to replace a 35 year old unit. It's good, dries clothes well. I wish it had a way to open the door part-way, Now it's either closed or open all the way.

Dryer takes multiple cycles to dry clothes. I had an older dryer that worked better than this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
