I ordered this dryer last august, initially took about a month for delivery, worked fine for a while but at the beginning of June it stopped heating, GE sent a tech, couldn’t fix it but ordered the parts, a week later returned to replace the parts but there was still no fix, I was instructed to call my gas company the issue was on my end. Not the case, no issue with my gas. Finally after about an hour or so on hold multiple times I was granted an exchange. That whole process took about 2 weeks to even hear back about a delivery. I’m not mad, but I’m disappointed.

it takes a little longer

I would given it five stars but t takes a long time to dry clothes. Especially when i use a timed dry. a large load of towels used to take 60 min in my old machine. i had to restart the cycle all over again. . my old dryer was more quicker to dry. you would think with new technology it would dry quicker. and yes i did read the manual. and i did sort out y laundry. overall i think its a great dryer. but its too time consuming.

Had the dryer for about one month and are very happy with the decision we made to purchase it. Have found it dries full loads, including towels, faster than our old dryer. Great value for such a low cost!

This dryer very slow in drying cloths compared to old dryer or other dyers
