Basket is so loose and wobbily, I don't know how it could work. Maybe it wasn't secured at the factory? Drain hose is so stiff it keeps flying out of the laundry sink. No clamp supplied. Using a dumbell to hold it down. Noisies washer I have ever had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have only had it one day, but it is doing an awesome job. Does big loads and my clothes smell so clean.

Confusing machine to operate

Not happy with my purchase. The machine has been leveled several times and the laundry still ends up out of balance and the machine noisily walks across the space.
If I had it to do again, I would not purchase this one.
