I went from a front loader to a top loader. I'm so far so happy with it. We have king size beds and it takes very good care of the comforters.

Just installed today, but on my second load and I'm really liking what I'm seeing. Clear and straightforward operation instructions that give me confidence in the fine functioning of this machine. Glad I made the switch to this washer.

Just purchased this and I can’t comment on reliability but BEWARE this machine does not have a fabric softener dispenser. The steel drum is nice and large and I love the simplicity of this machine!!

Love this washer. The metal tub is huge. Big loads are not a problem. There's enough settings for every type of load. Laundry is fun to do again.

so far it appliance seems to perform well however it is a very noisy appliance in all of the cycles, would not recommend for noise sensitive folk.

Great washer & dryer

I bought this about 2 months ago and I'm happy I did. I was up in the air between this model and one from one of the major brand companies; the only difference between the two was that I was more familiar with the name of the other company vs Hotpoint. This Hotpoint model does the job quietly and efficiently and less expensively...At the end of the day, I made the correct choice when I decided to buy the Hotpoint.
