LOOKS BETTER THAN IT IS!

MY HUSBAND & SON PURCHASED IT .W/ MY HUSBAND KNOWING MY LIKES & DISLIKES
IT HAS A HUGE TUB BUT<ONLY A TINY AMOUNT OF WATER FILLS UP FOR EVEN A LARGE LOAD...
IT SHAKES AND DANCES AND SOUNDS LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN COMING THROUGH THE WALLS...WE ALWAYS SAY WHEN WE HEAR IT ...WE HATE THIS THING!
IT IS SO SEVERE WRINGING OUT THE CLOTHES THAT IT KNOTS EVERYTHING UP ! THE LID LOCKS WHEN IN USE SO AS TO BE ABLE TO CHECK IF IT'S UNBALANCED IS OUT OF THE QUESTION .IT WAS BALANCED THE WASHER ITSELF SO IT CAN'T BE WHY IT TAKES OFF!!ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY IS IT DOESN'T LEAK LIKE OUR OLD ONE!

Used this washer 3 times and it is not working. The machine is not agitating. Tried to use the spin cycle to drain the machine. No luck. Calling repair guy in the morning. Clothes and machine full of water will have to wait. 12:45 AM. I need sleep.
