Bonjour J'ai acheté la caméra PHOENXM2 systeme et le reste de l'équipement. J'ai été tres comtent de voir une image aussi clair, j'ai montré le systeme a mon voisin et a mon entourage.leur note 10/10 pour la qualité du produit.De plus avec un service et rapidité 10/10 , le prix des produit 20/10 MERCI MERCI

Poor Quality Camera System

My parents bought this for my husband and I as a gift. With seemingly good reviews, we thought we had an awesome shot at protecting our house. First, the brand name is COMPLETELY misleading. This is made in China. Secondly, the "distance" the cameras can be from the main screen unit is, honestly, pathetic. I had the screen unit directly beside my sliding glass doors leading out to my deck. I took the camera out on to the deck, maybe 10 feet away (deck is 20 feet across in total) and the camera/unit went out of range. I could still see the screen unit! We tried everywhere to try and make this unit work in places we needed it, but aside from the camera and screen unit actually being in the house together, they were never in close enough range to work. I am so, SO disappointed my parents had to spend their hard earned money on this. Defender-USA will not help me with their product because it wasn't bough directly from them, but through a large, well known store chain that sells their products. So much for standing behind a product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great System

We have had one camera for a while now at my job and just decided to buy another. It was very simple to pair with the screen and is working perfectly!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Product

I recently purchased PHOENIXM2 replacement camera to replace the one of the 4 cameras I purchased on Sept 2017. I love the system & the peace of mind both my wife & I have enjoyed since we installed it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Easy Installation

We are using this to monitor our pond for herons. Extremely easy ro setup. Picture is a bit grainy but OK for our purpose

Love our Defender

We purchased our Defender several years ago and just recently purchased two more cameras for additional views. It gives us peace of mind to see who is coming onto our property when we are here and when we're not. It recently caught a box delivery truck hit our roof while backing up.

Peace of mind

There was an attempted break in of my neighbors house. Bought the system the following week. It was really easy to install. Gives us some peace of mind that if anyone tries anything we’ll have video to prove it.
