Good radio, terrible call volume!

This radio is excellent in the many features it offers and sound quality performance. However, I am extremely disappointed by the volume of the call audio. I have tried switching the fader to the front and this has not helped. I cannot hear the person on the other end and this is a Sony issue as my call volume is excellent on the standard Honda system.
I would recommend this to a friend!
