Awesome massage bar! I'm a 5k-10k runner, and I use this massage bar when warming up for a run (rolling our my calves) & as a recovery tool when I get back from runs. It's great, you don't have to apply lots of pressure to feel it working. And watch out for applying too much (it can cause bruising). So many friends have tried it out and loved it.! Would defiantly recommend if your a runner!

This roller is intense, but good. Using this on areas that need a little more attention. The bar I received was slightly different than pictured but still works well so far.

Arrived when it said it would. Great massager for thighs and calves, even for bottom of the feet.Good quality. No complaints here.

This reduces/eliminates muscle soreness and fatigue. I don't have previous experience with this type of device and as a first-time user, this really works. I use this before and after every bike ride and now I don't experience muscle aches or fatigue.

This is a great product. I tried someone's at the gym on my leg one day and was so impressed I knew I had to have one. However, this is not just for after a work out. I use it every night after work to massage tired legs, feet, and back. My only complaint is that I wish it were longer. Still 5 stars though!!

I wa surprised that this thing actually helps! If your disciplined enough to use it. Its very helpful on hard to reach spots or if you don't want to bug your spouse to do it. Keeps muscles limber and healthy so you don't wake up feeling like you have body cramps all over.
