These are really great for loosening tense shoulders, as well as stiff neck and back aches. I just tie a large knot in one end, throw it over the top of your door, shut the door and work out the pain. Just be careful and gentle and don't overdo your exercises. Also, before you begin, definitely consult with an exercise or physical therapist -- either online or in person.

They seem a bit thin and at risk for tearing but so far so good. Does the job for the price!

Excellent deal, have a strong smell out of the packaging, but for the price just a bargain and good for everybody for stretching/fitness.
