this is amazing just what I need. I use balls already to do massage but this is so much nice to use in your hands for massage

Works pretty good for feet and use wherever you can reach. Would be nice to have a more slip resistant bottom to keep stable on the floor or even on a wall to use on back.

This roller works much better than the tennis balls I usually use. It is much more sturdy and easy to handle and with the base provides better grip and motion. It is perfect for muscles you can reach yourself like the calf. I haven't figured out how to use it on my back. And I have wood floors so when I try to do my arches I end up chasing it around the floor. If it had a suction cup I could stick it to the wall & get my back or to the floor & get my feet easier. I love the compact size though. I can just throw it in my travel bag and go. You can literally take it anywhere.**I received this product at a discount for an honest, unbiased review**

IT HELPS PREGNANT WOMEN.My husband brought this at the store at the base. I am 7 months pregnant. My lower back hurts. This massager helps. Sometimes my husband roll the massager on lower back. Other times I roll the massager on my lower back myself. I love this. It stays cold. It is so easy to use.
