My friend had one of these bars and when I tried it, I was blown away at the difference between it and standard, cheap plastic rollers. The ball bearings make it spin very smoothly and the rubber handles are ergonomic. This thing is not going to get away from you regardless of what part of your body you are rubbing out. It makes myofascial release nearly effortless! My girlfriend loves it too because it makes giving massages much easier.Some have mentioned the rubber bar pulled out leg hairs and such but this was not an issue for me. It is something to consider however if you have particularly long leg hair that could wrap around the bar while rolling.Be aware that the bar will leave an impression of the rubber pattern on whatever body part you are rubbing for a couple minutes. It may seem silly, but I was surprised the first time!

The bar works very well. I bought it mostly for my left ankle where I have ankylosing spondylitis. Massaging the Achilles and tendons on the lower part of the leg help relieve the joint discomfort and tendon swelling. The massage bar works for well for this. It also works on other muscles and has a very nice, smooth motion.

This is my favorite massager of all time. I use this to work out kinks in my legs after I have been running. I also have a problem with Charley horse leg cramps during the middle of the night sometimes and the only thing that helps them is walking and then rolling them out so they don’t come right back. I have had magnesium and potassium problems since I was a teenager and have generally blamed those shortages. I have also learned that hydration is a problem and over exertion, all of which I do a couple of days a week, though not usually the same day as the problem or I would have linked them before.This roller works. It helps to solve the problem so I can sleep.

This massage bar saves my life. It is heavy but very useful. It release all my muscle pain after exercise. Love it so much and definitely recommend for everyone.

My wife borrowed one of these and received instant, although temporary, relief from fibromyalgia pain. With that condition, even temporary is a blessing. Now she owns her own and uses it daily. It continues to offer some relief. Worth every cent. Extremely durable.

Works well to work out kinks. Oh..it hurts so good. Seriously- it can hurt depending on your aches and pains. But you feel better after you use it. No pain, no gain.

I bought a different kind because it was cheaper and I simply wasted money! This is the one that my Physical Therapists use and what a difference! I bought one for myself! Don’t do what I did and buy another similar product because it’s cheaper... it’s not worth it.
