For strengthening my hand grip and general exercise, this product is just the right firmness. It's easy to use, and I oftentimes do the exercise while watching television. There seems to be difference, but it may be too soon to tell.

My dad was recommended to use this from University of Washington's physical therapy department. I have to say it is by far my favourite grip exercise I've ever used, and i'm comparing it to all of the "spring" grips that i've used before with solid handles and spring resistance. This is much smoother, doesn't provide any strain or pain and just really gets your forearms burning.I recommend!

I like it to do some hand strengthening wherever I am, driving or resting. I can use it wherever I go.

I usually do not give raving reviews to any product unless it really goes past my expectations... This hand exerciser is truly the best I've tried and I am not talking about its longevity but more in terms of what it does for your hand. After using this and a several other hand exercisers I realized, the reason why this is so awesome is cause it doesn't have a rigid shape.... It goes into every corner of your palm when u press on it and really works all those tiny muscles that a hard exerciser would never be able to do due to its design. For this reason alone, I highly recommend this to everyone. For the skeptics out there, I am not the seller or know who the seller is. I suffer from a medical condition and this one works for me.... I hope it works for u too.
