When I say I like this wheel, then you know I am slightly telling an untruth, I hate the exercises, but the wheel itself is excellent. I go to a cross-fit gym and this ab wheel is better than the ones they have. One thing I like about the go fit version is that it has a wide grip for your hands, I feel it relieves the stress from my wrists that models with thinner foot/hand bars don't.

The wheel is large and is a little heavy making it much easier to use and you have more exercises you can do with it. The velcro straps are adjustable so you can use it around your hands or feet. I find I use this in many more ways than I could a wheel without the straps.

Its better than the one I use at the gym and I go to BostonSportsClub!It come with a book with all type of exercises and you really feel your abs working.Plus it has great support and its really strong. I'm 6'1 and weight 210lbs!

This is a great ab work out. I love that it is versitle, I can do it from home. If this is your first time, follow the guide and do the minmum on your first time as they suggest, you may not feel that day but you will FEEL it the rest of the week if you do it right. I am definately glad I made this purchase. I keep trying to convince my partner to get one too! :)

I purchased this Ab wheel for my husband's birthday, but I find that I use this equipment as well. The size of the wheel and the shape of the handles makes using this easier to use than I have experienced with other Ab wheels. However, that being said; my abs definitely feel the results of using this wheel. I started off with 10 reps and have increased the reps over time. I can highly recommend this product.
