Use 4 days a week for 10 minutes as warmup to my martial arts training. Smooth spin and, unlike most plastic ropes, the cable keeps its shape making jumping rope less frustrating. Unlike the Buddy Lee's rope, the handles are comfortable and sized well; not to mention at more than 1/2 the price. Draw back is that the length is set and thus you must order the size that fits you. I am comfortable with 9ft at 5'8".

Great weight. I'm over 6' and I have no problems. It spins from the handhelds and doesn't get caught up. I am throughly impressed

This is a great rope. I like the heavier/thicker rope. So far it’s been great - I’ve had it for several months.

OK I'm going to review this bad boy, since it is the only rope that I will use. I am not a professional at jumping rope however, I am good and extremely fast. That's the thing this rope is extremely fast if you can do it. The bad part is that it does break down easily; the bearings are not durable enough to withstand even the fastest doubles and triples spins for more than (at least for me) 2-3 months.Catch22: No other rope will allow me to jump as fast as this one because it has a double swivel and it goes as fast as you can--Hyper speed. I can go for an hour with it. It's good for both beginners and advanced because it's ease of use-- it glides from the double swivel and that's how I learned how to jump rope. Using this same rope. Eight years ago.To the manufacturer I would suggest perhaps evaluating the double swivel to increase durability. What I do is put a little bit of oil on the swivel to help it out and I think that works to extend its life a bit. Also it's a cable rope so you have to be careful since an accidental whip will be sharp. Hey, it comes with the territory. Final note, I do love this jump rope. And I would recommend to anyone

THE BEST JUMP ROPE. I've been jumping for many years now and I can say that this rope is the best rope I ever used so far. Excellent quality of cable, not too thick, great resistance, the handles are lightweight (great for non stopping cardio) and the grip is very comfortable. The rope isn't adjustable. Thanks GoFit for this amazing product!

Love this rope! My ONLY complaint, is that being new to the jump-rope world, I didn't know that jump ropes are NOT one size fits all. Make sure you know ahead of time what size length rope you need--this one IS NOT adjustable. (In my case, I was lucky enough to have a handy-man husband who was able to cut/reassemble the rope to the length I needed--I am 5'5.5" and had to cut about a foot off the length).

Excellent service and delivery time. This is my second rope. The first lasted 3 years before the plastic started to wear. I used it 5-6 times per work so this type of wear was expected. Great product and excellent price.

I purchased this rope to use for learning double-unders for CrossFit workouts. I was not having much luck with the very thin cable speed ropes that we have at our box, so I was thinking about buying an RX jump rope that are very popular. Luckily for me I am 6' tall, so a 9' rope works out perfectly. I got this rope, spent about 30 minutes getting used to it and started hitting double-unders for the first time with ease. The cable is much heavier than the speed ropes I had been trying with, and that really helped get some feedback to my wrists. Anyway, I suppose I will probably buy an RX rope at some point. Comparatively these handles are a little bit lighter, and the bearing mechanism is half made of plastic, instead of all metal. I plan to wait until I am good enough to get a thinner cable for speed. Right now this rope is perfect for me to learn on, and I was out a lot less money. I would definitely recommend this to other people... but only if a 9' rope is the right size for them, as these are not adjustable. If you aren't within an inch or two either way from 6', you should probably get something else.
