Excellent computer

this is nice design and I like it. And performance with Core I-3 is excellent enough to work my job. I will recomend this product and Samsung Computer to my friends definately.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive

Bad Mouse pad

the computer overall is good. but the touch pad of the mouse does not response well when you click on it.

This computer has broken down twice

In less than five months after I purchased this laptop, it broke down and would not turn on. I sent it into Samsung's approved repair center through Best Buy where they "fixed" it and I received it back in less than a month. After using it after five or six times it broke down again. It was the same symptoms as before. I would press my power button, the blue light would turn on for a second, then turn black and my computer would not turn on.
It has been very difficult working with Samsung. I have a 12 month manufacturer's warranty, but Samsung's policy is that a laptop has to be fixed at Samsung's repair center (not through Best Buy's repair center, even though it is approved by them) twice before being considered for a replacement. Not knowing this, I went into Best Buy (where I had bought it) and worked with Geek Squad to fix it. It was a hassle getting to a Best Buy being a student and all this work was for nothing because the laptop broke down again and this repair doesn't count toward a replacement laptop! I have now sent it in again for replacement, this time to Samsung's repair center, and this is one toward a replacement computer. We'll see if they actually fix it this time or if Samsung is waiting for the warranty to run out. I would not recommend buying this laptop! It is a waste of money and time if it breaks down, and it probably will.

I love my samsung product

,,my 14" samsung i3 series laptop is my type of device.its the right size for me and my personal needs such as gaming,web searching,etc...i highly recommend it to others,,
