Pitiful OS

Purchased about 6 months ago specifically for Android TV OS. Picture is adequate but inferior to several LG and even a Haier set i own. Interface is sluggish and freezes for painful moments at a time. Remote can be unresponsive for up to 30 seconds. Performed factory. Reset with limited improvement. OS is hellbent on providing unwanted recommendations and pushes Sony content. My first and last Sony product!
Picture is absolutely fantastic sound quality is not good that's why we purchased a Sony soundbar to go along with it so now the sound is great. I had an issue with redeeming the free HD movie that was included with the TV and spent hours on the phone with Google and Sony finally solved the issue myself.
After a great deal of research on both oled and led tvs, I opted for the x900F model as a very good choice for a number of reasons. The tv was purported to have very good control in the area of ambient lighting. It does. The tv was reported to have an exceptional picture quality. It certainly does. Additional remotes were available easily and finally, last but not least, the level of customization with the settings menu was extraordinary.
This is a replacement warranty (upgraded) for my 2017 TV. So far I am very happy with it. It's very bright and clear. The google app is very responsive.
I've had this tv for 1 month and I love it it has brilliant colors and contrast and the sound is amazing I had a Sony Bravia 46 inch for 8 years and I loved it but this tv takes the cake keep up the good work sony your great thanks sony.I can't take a photo that does it justice take my word for it.
