Picture and sound quality is excellent. TV is used primarily for gaming and watching movies and sports and love it. We now have three X900F in different sizes (85", 75" and 55").

I bought the Sony XBR55X900F on 10/13/18 replacing my 2013 XBR55X900A I'm extremely happy with the overall performance and picture quality. The only thing I had to sacrifice was my 3D.

I was impressed with the depth of color! Older BD discs and even DVDs are upscaled and I can't get over how "new" these old disc seem. HDR content is at times unbelievable good. Dolby Vision is a nice twist that seems to make quite a difference in movies. Looking forward to previewing more features if Sony should add them. I truly enjoy my TV, make no mistake!

What a difference from my old 2005 DLP TV. After unboxing, I turned it on and followed the on screen prompts, and I was done. Had a great picture right from the start. I spent the rest of the day using the "Action Menu" to adjust the picture to my likeing. I couldn't be happier. I don't know how the sound was because I have a theater sound system.

I bought this to replace a 15+ year on Sony. Was easy to set up, including installing the stand. The picture is awesome, almost looks 3D. I do not use all the features of the TV, such as the voice, as it is connected to a satellite dish.
