I've been a Sony TV owner most of my adult life, starting with the superb Trinitrons of the 1970s. Now, about 3 weeks of ownership later I'm as thrilled with this modern Sony as it's possible to be. The Android system and Google Assistant work beautifully, with zero lag, no problems, exemplary performance and utility. The remote is just about right, with full functionality. The sound is surprisingly clear, though lacking much bass, so a sound bar will be an addition soon. The superb image quality is adjustable to an impressive, granular degree, and it's not difficult to operate adjusting any of the many configuration choices. I spent extra money in order to get a system with Full Array Local Dimming, and it's worth every penny. Less expensive full-featured 4k television are available, but none of them is a Sony.
I have had many Sony products and all have been exceptional. My only complaint is no front speakers like I have had on all other Sony TVs so it forces you to buy a sound bar for best sound.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hi, Rudycat!
We're sorry to hear about this. To ensure that you're getting the best audio from the TV speakers, please try to follow the troubleshooting steps on the link below. Thanks~
After a great deal of research, I found SONY to be the 'cream-of-the-crop'. Too, I could see the quality, including the fit and finish as well as the engineering to be on the cutting edge.
I had gone back and forth between a Samsung Q7F and the Sony X930E and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. The TV has many great features and the Android TV really enables me to add apps to get more use out of the TV. The picture is fantastic, sports, movies, and games all look wonderful. I was concerned from the reviews that the angle view would be an issue, but it turns out that it isn't anything near what the reviews from other sites speak of. Even though I use a receiver for my sound, the initial set up of the TV surprised me in how good the sound quality was from the TV. I am very excited to see more 4K content, but I can already tell that the broadcast shows and any 720P or 1080P material really shows me that this is a major upgrade from my previous LCD. If there was any downfall to the TV, it's the TV remote use and trying to figure it out.
